Publishing and Broadcasting Ltd, which has changed its name to Consolidated Media Holdings Ltd effective Friday, has lodged documentation with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) regarding the approval of its demerger scheme.
PBL said Crown Ltd has also lodged the approval orders of the Federal Court with ASIC.
PBL said shareholders have until 5pm (AEDT) Friday to lodge their consideration election forms.
Last week, PBL shareholders cleared the way for the creation of Consolidated Media Holdings and Crown Ltd, after overwhelmingly voting in favour of a scheme of arrangement and resolutions to facilitate the demerger.
Consolidated Media Holdings, under ticker CMJ, and Crown shares, under CWN, will commence normal trading on 17 December.
