Jennifer Lopez is getting up at 4am every day in an ambitious attempt to shed over 20kg in less than a month.
Since giving birth to twins Max and Emme on February 22, the Latin-American pop singer has employed a team of nutritionists and trainers to help her reach her goal, according to Closer magazine.
Lopez, 38, reportedly gained 23kg during her pregnancy and has targeted a return to her performing weight of 54.5kg.
She has already lost 18kg but not without a lot of hard work.
Her dawn workout involves three hours of cardio weight training and Pilates, but her routine will not be limited to the gym after revealing her plans to compete in a triathlon in September or October.
"I want my babies to be proud of me," Lopez was quoted as saying in People magazine.
Christina Aguilera has also been boxing and lifting weights to "get back in shape for her next album" after giving birth to her son Max in January.
