Former Playboy bunny Pamela Anderson says she has been paid a "huge" amount of money to appear on Big Brother and will keep her clothes on.
The 41-year-old sex symbol has been flown to Australia to appear on the Network Ten program on Wednesday night.
Anderson fronted the media in a tightly guarded appearance on the Gold Coast on Wednesday, wearing a skimpy yellow dress.
Asked how much she had been paid for the TV appearance, she replied "huge, a lot".
"Much more than I am worth. I don't want to say how much but it is a lot."
The former Baywatch star said she had no idea what her role would be in the house or who the housemates were.
"I don't know what I'm doing, I'm dying to know," she said.
"I don't even know who they are."
Anderson said she would not be taking her clothes off while in the house
"There is no mystery here," she said.
After leaving the house Anderson plans to visit a Gold Coast KFC restaurant on Thursday to protest against the company's treatment of chickens.
She said she was unaware KFC was a major sponsor of Big Brother before she signed up for the role.
"Every show has a bunch of sponsors and it's not something you look into when you are offered a job," she said.
"But it's kind of interesting, it's a coincidence."
