Kevin will demand Britney's money if they split

Kevin Federline wants a huge $125m pay-off if he splits from Britney Spears.

The pop princess' unemployed husband will demand the massive lump sum if their troubled marriage collapses, it has been reported.

But Federline has told pals that his pre-nuptial agreement with the singer 'is not worth the paper it is written on' according to a US magazine.

Federline revealed his post-Britney plan as he partied with friends at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas earlier this month.

The couple has gone through a rocky patch following the birth of their first child, Sean Preston.

Britney has grown tired of Federline's partying while she stays at home with their baby.

Federline, 27, was allegedly booted out of their Malibu mansion and had to put himself up at a swanky Beverly Hills hotel.

And Britney, 24, even repossessed his $241,000 Ferrari sports car during their fight.

She had to shell out $400,000 for her own diamond engagement ring and treats Federline to extravagant shopping trips.

The couple is now back together after smoothing out the situation.

"I don't like lawyers. But in this situation, I have to get protection," he is quoted saying by 'In Touch Weekly'.

"It's days before Christmas, I'm out on the streets and people point the finger and say: 'Ho ho ho, it's Mr Britney Spears — you must be on a good thing, buddy.' What a joke!"

And Federline vented about his up and down relationship with Spears. "Marriage is something you don't go into lightly.

"She has to learn she can't just pick me up and dump me off, like her first husband.

"I love her, but ask me now about life apart from Britney, and all I can say is: Can it be any worse than living with her?

"I am doing what she wanted, getting out of the house and trying to find work, but I do that and she trashes my efforts.

"She just wants me at her beck and call as a little househusband."

Spears and Federline tied the knot in a small ceremony on September 18 2004. She was previously married to her childhood friend Jason Alexander for just three days.
