The tattoo artist claiming to have had an affair with Sandra Bullock's husband once posed in a racy Nazi-inspired photo shoot.
Michelle McGee wears an SS hat, a swastika armband and licks a death's head dagger in the photographs, which were published by entertainment website TMZ.
Another photo shows McGee with the letters "W" and "P" tattooed on her leg. TMZ reported the letters stood for "white power" but the tattoo artist has denied those claims.
McGee said it stood for something else which is too vulgar to publish here.
The photographs were taken a year ago by a photographer who was not named by TMZ.
McGee told a US magazine this week that she had sex with Bullock's husband, motorcycle company CEO Jesse James, on a weekly basis when the actress was filming her Oscar-winning role in The Blind Side.
Bullock cancelled her appearance at the UK premiere of the film after news of the affair broke, with a statement blaming the no-show on "unforeseen personal reasons".
James reportedly told McGee that his relationship to Bullock was over, the tattoo model told In Touch Weekly.
"I would never have hooked up with him if I thought he was a married man," McGee said.
"He gave me the impression they were separated."
McGee said that she nicknamed James the "Vanilla Gorilla" because he was so "well-endowed".
Bullock neglected to mention her husband in her Oscar acceptance speech, despite a gushing tribute to him at the Screen Actors Guild awards in January.
The former host of television series Monster Garage, James runs the motorcycle company West Coast Choppers.
James, who married Bullock in 2005,
released a public apology on Thursday through
People magazine.
While maintaining that the "vast majority of the allegations reported are untrue", the CEO of motorcycle company West Coast Choppers accepted blame for the scandal.
"It's because of my poor judgment that I deserve everything bad that is coming my way," James said.
