Sandra Bullock's wayward husband has reportedly checked into sex rehab as more embarrassing details about his behaviour are revealed.
Jesse James, the CEO for motorcycle group West Coast Choppers, reportedly entered Arizona clinic Sierra Tucson on March 26 following a similar treatment Tiger Woods took as he attempted to save his own crumbling marriage.
"Jesse checked himself into a treatment facility to deal with personal issues," the New York Post reported James' representative as saying in a statement.
"He realised that this time was crucial to help himself, help his family and help save his marriage."
Ironically, James' rehab clinic is the same treatment centre where Bullock filmed 2000 movie 28 Days, where she played a recovering alcoholic.
The reports came as a photograph of James was published in Us Weekly magazine, showing him wearing a Nazi uniform.
James poses in a German army cap while giving the Nazi salute. The snap is believed to have been taken in 2004 while he was dating Bullock.
James also mimics Hitler's moustache with two fingers.
Bullock has moved out of the couple's home as infidelity claims stack up against her husband.
At least four women have been linked to James since he was first tied to tattoo model Michelle McGee two weeks ago.
McGee has admitted the affair but claims she was told James had split from Bullock.
Bullock, who won an Oscar in March for her role in The Blind Side, married James in July 2005.
She is yet to publicly comment on the scandals.
