Prison worker under fire over Playboy shoot

A prison worker in the US has come under fire from her employers after posing nude in a Playboy website photoshoot.

Jessie Lunderby, 21, told the Associated Press that she has no regrets about the shoot but said it has added "a lot of stress to her life."

She claims that she told her supervisor at work weeks before the shoot took place.

"They knew about it, I informed them about it, I had plenty of time to say 'no it can't come out, no I don't want it to be out,' they never said no," she said.

"It's kind of sad the way they are dealing with this whole thing, it's like they waited for this to come out and make a big deal out of it, it's disgusting."

Alongside the shoot on the Playboy website was a short biography of Lunderby which listed her occupation as a detention officer.

The Sheriff's Office in Arkansas said they are investigating whether or not she has violated the prison employee policy and have suspended her during a review of the case.

In a statement, the sherriff's office said that the investigation would consider if Miss Lunderby's conduct was "unbecoming" and if prison officers need to get permission to do certain types of jobs, particularly those of a sexual nature.
