Tiger Wood's mistress Rachel Uchitel has reportedly given back most of the $10 million hush money the golfer gave her.

Uchitel had an agreement with Woods that she would not say anything about the pair's alleged affair in exchange for a settlement reportedly worth between $8 and $10 million, TMZ reports.

The golfer's lawyers accused her several months ago of breaking the agreement to keep quiet by speaking to TMZ and going on US reality show Celebrity Rehab to treat her 'love addiction'.

Uchitel's lawyer Gloria Allred convinced her to pay back the money, telling her she would lose if Woods tried to sue her.

But Allred had reportedly made a deal with Woods' lawyer behind Uchitel's back to push her client to give back the money.

In return, Woods' lawyer allegedly agreed to pay Allred the fees she would have got to represent Uchitel in court.

But Allred has denied selling out Uchitel for money.

The lawyer told TMZ that she no longer represented Utchitel and had not "had a conversation with or communicated with Jay Lavely about any client in more than a year".

According to TMZ, Uchitel has hired a malpractice lawyer to sue Allred for her lost millions.
