Usually it's just human folk slipping into spooky costumes and playing trick-or-treat, but plenty of the world's most exotic zoo animals are taking to Halloween this year too.

Some of the most ferocious animals from zoos around the world are getting into the spirit with jack-o'-lantern pumpkins.

Halloween evolved from an ancient pagan festival into a popular secular tradition celebrated on October 31 around the world, but chiefly in North America.
