London's skyline recreated with food

An artist has used 26 different types of fruit and vegetables to recreate London's skyline as an edible landscape.

Carl Warner and his team of five model makers spent three weeks working on the artwork.

One of their main challenges was keeping the fruit looking fresh for the final images, Mr Warner said.
