'Hawkins' face has changed'

Whether or not former Miss Universe Jennifer Hawkins has had plastic surgery is a topic that comes up periodically in the Australian media and another beauty queen has reignited the debate.

Miss Universe Australia Scherri-Lee Biggs at the weekend said Hawkins had "gone too far" with surgery.

Since then 2009 Miss Universe Australia Rachael Finch has joined the discussion, today saying while she's not sure if Hawkins has had surgery, her face looks different to the way it looked in 2004.

Hawkins' management has consistently refused to deny she has gone under the knife.
