The largest cruise ship to visit Australia, the Queen Mary 2, has visited Fremantle during her world tour, injecting an estimated $500,000 into Western Australia's economy.
The 151,400-tonne Cunard cruise ship berthed at Fremantle's cruise terminal on Thursday and will depart in the evening.
Queen Mary 2 is 62m high and can carry 2600 guests, as well as 1300 crew.
The ship boasts 10 restaurants, five pools, the largest ballroom at sea and the largest library at sea.
Her visit comes just over a month into her current 103-day world voyage.
Queen Mary 2 will continue to Adelaide and Sydney before returning to New York via Asia and the Mediterranean.
Thursday's visit was the cruise ship's second visit to Fremantle, following her maiden visit in 2010.
Next year, she will visit Fremantle twice during a 28-day deployment in Australia for circumnavigation of the country.
WA will host Cunard's latest ocean liner, Queen Elizabeth, in two weeks when she makes her maiden call to Fremantle.
