A man has been charged after a drug investigation led police to a Bondi house where seven teenagers were found among marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
Six boys and a girl were detained after allegedly running from the house as the raid began on Wednesday afternoon.
Officers raided the home in Newland Street, Bondi, as part of an investigation into the supply of drugs in Sydney's east.
Police said they believed the teenagers, aged between 14 and 16, to be at risk and they were taken to a local police station where their parents were contacted.
Cannabis, cash, drug paraphernalia and a firearm were also seized by police at the Bondi house.
A 48-year-old man has since been arrested and charged with possessing a prohibited drug, dealing with the proceeds of crime, possessing an unauthorised firearm and two counts of supplying a prohibited drug.
His computers and mobile phone have also been seized and will be forensically examined, police said.
He has been refused bail and will appear in Central Local Court on Thursday.
