Professional boxer and water-skiing champion Lauryn Eagle has been fined for refusing to leave a Sydney nightspot.

Police were called to Cronulla's Northies Hotel about 8.45pm last night after Eagle refused to leave when asked by staff, News Limited reports.

The 25-year-old former Celebrity Apprentice star allegedly argued with officers when they arrived and repeatedly refused to leave.

Ms Eagle was handcuffed and removed from the premises and taken to Miranda Police Station.

She was issued with an infringement notice for the offence of "excluded person fail to leave premises when required", News Limited further reported.

The incident comes as Eagle reportedly rekindled her romance with Cronulla Sharks rugby league player Todd Carney.
