A BASE Jumper has almost died after he leapt from a height of 1066m and hit the side of a cliff at 190km/h.
American Jeb Corliss, 35 broke both his legs while hurtling down South Africa’s Table Mountain in Cape Town on January 16, for a jump that was being filmed for a documentary.
The daredevil miscalculated his dive and clipped a rocky outcrop just below his waist.
The newly-released video shows multiple angles of the collision shot on a helmet-mounted camera.
