Kim Kardashian managed to stumble through a near-disaster while walking out on stage at the MTV Europe Music Awards.
The reality star tripped over her Christian Louboutin heels while presenting the award for best song at the star-studded event in Frankfurt, Germany.
But she made a quick recovery and later joked about it with hip-hop star Ludacris backstage.
"What are those slippery shoes you have on?" Ludacris asked.
"Oh stop, I’m clumsy," she said.
Carly Rae Jepsen won the award for her song "Call Me Maybe".
The show was hosted by Heidi Klum and featured several guest appearances by Korean pop star Psy, who won the award for best video.
In one segment Klum and Psy performed his hit "Gangnam Style" together.
David Hasselhoff, who enjoys a huge fan base in Germany, also made several appearances - including a mock attempt to break Felix Baumgartner's skydive freefall jump record.
