Fifteen people were injured when a shark-filled tank exploded at a Shanghai mall, in a dramatic incident that was captured on CCTV.
Video shows the 33-tonne aquarium housing sharks, turtles and fish suddenly breaking apart without warning at Shanghai's Orient shopping centre on December 19.
Shoppers, shop assistants and mall security staff suffered deep cuts and bruises as the exploding tank sent large pieces of 15cm thick acrylic glass flying through the air.
Three lemon sharks and dozens of turtles and small fish were killed in the incident.
A police spokesman said the cause of the accident was being investigated.
Mall official Chen Yongping said there were no plans to rebuild the aquarium..
In June a ruptured water pipe in the same tank caused the death of two sharks and the removal of a number of turtles.
