Pictures of the bloody bathroom where South African paralympian Oscar Pistorius shot his girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp have emerged.
The pictures of the paralympian's home have been obtained by Sky News and show the scene left in the aftermath of Ms Steenkamp's death in February.
They come as Pistorius - who is expected to stand trial later this year - is due to appear in court in Pretoria on Tuesday.
The 26-year-old double amputee and six-time Paralympic sprint champion has been charged with premeditated murder, but claims he shot 29-year-old Ms Steenkamp after mistaking her for an intruder.
The "Blade Runner" is on less restrictive bail after a judge changed his conditions in March, allowing him to travel abroad providing he hands over his travel plans.
On Friday pictures emerged of the scene at the home, where Ms Steenkamp was shot dead in the early hours of Valentine's Day.
One shows the bathroom where the model was shot dead, with a trail of blood from the room.
It also shows a panel missing from the toilet door and two police markers indicating bullet holes.
During Pistorius's bail hearing in February, he said he grabbed a gun he kept in his bedroom, firing through the closed bathroom door without his prosthetic legs on, and only realised it might be his girlfriend when he discovered she was not in bed.
But the prosecution claim Pistorius is guilty of pre-meditated murder and intended to kill the model.
Sky News said another image shows a gift Ms Steenkamp had wrapped ready to give to the athlete, along with a card with "Ozzy" - said to be her nickname for him - written on it.
