A tourist bus driver has survived being flung out of the side window in a horror crash in China which saw 10 passengers thrown from the bus and a truck driver killed.
Video shot by a security camera inside the bus shows the driver was reversing back down the motorway after missing an exit when the sickening rear-end collision occurred.
Chinese media reports a semi-trailer slammed into the tourist bus at speed, with the force of the impact sending the bus hurtling into a roll, lifting the driver from his seat and tossing him through the window.
The bus reportedly slid 50 metres down the road and ripped apart a steel fence before coming to halt.
The crash occurred last Friday near the Fu Ling exchange outside Jinhua, south of Shanghai.
Chinese media reports 23 people were injured andthe truck driver killed instantly.
It is unclear what injuries the bus driver sustained or whether he will face charges.
Chinese media described the scene as "chaotic" as up to 120 emergency personnel attended the accident, which closed the highway and created a traffic jams several kilometres long.
The bus driver and a number of passengers are reported to have not been wearing seatbelts at the time of the crash.
