Two videos have emerged of hapless men unwittingly picking fights with "victims" who turn out to be professional fighters.

In the first video from Wales, a pair of drunk men are seen attacking two cross-dressing men in fancy dress costumes.

But the two attackers — 19-year-old Dean Gardner and 22-year-old Jason Fender — are seen getting an unwelcome shock when one of the cross-dressers unleashes his cagefighting skills, UK media report.

The video shows Gardiner walking up to one of the men — who is wearing a pink wig — and punch him in the face.

But the victim's friend, wearing a short black dress, stockings and suspenders, appears behind the attackers and knocks them to the ground with two punches.

The men in drag, who had been attending a bucks party earlier in the night, pick up their handbags and head off down the street.

Gardiner and Fender are left to stumble away dazed with one appearing to be so concussed he bumps into a pole.

Police caught up with the pair and arrested them as they were nursing their injuries, UK's Sky News reports.

Details of the incident were revealed at the Swansea Magistrates Court after the pair pleaded guilty to abusive behaviour.

The court heard that prior to trying to beat up the cross-dressers, the men had been involved in an altercation with a man in a Spiderman costume.

Meanwhile, a second video has emerged of a different man, from Merseyside in northwest England ,who got into a similar fix after trying to goad a martial arts fighter into a brawl.

The man is seen in the video, which has become a YouTube sensation, hurling abuse at the fighter on his doorstep.

Amazingly, the man remains calm even as his abuser shoves him several times in the chest.

Finally the attacker kicks over a dustbin and the martial arts fighter springs to life, flooring him with a quick jab to the face.

He then stands in a fighting pose over the injured man as he crawls backward towards the gate and eventually turns and flees.
