A large-breasted British woman who ordered an oversized bra by mail has expressed her disgust after the item arrived with a request for a "private show".

The handwritten note was found by Emily McNulty from South London when she opened the box containing her new size 32JJ bra, The Sun reports.

"Hey Georgeous [sic], Nice stuff! If you fancy giving me a private show, call me on 07841 ******, Matthew J xx," the message read.

Ms McNulty told the newspaper she was horrified when she read the message.

"I opened the box and saw the note on the wrapping around the underwear ... I thought it must be a joke, that a friend put it there," she was quoted as saying.

"But then I realised it had been in the packaging and had not been opened ... it's really creepy."

Ms McNulty said she called the number on the note and a man named Matthew Jones answered the phone.

The man hung up when she mentioned the note and did not answer when she dialled again.

Ms McNulty said she was offered gift vouchers when she complained to Bravissimo, the company she had ordered the bra from.

But a company spokesperson denied all knowledge of the complaint to The Sun and said there were no staff members at the company named Matthew Jones.
