Kate Middleton has arrived at the Abbey wearing a dress by Alexander McQueen designer, Sarah Burton.
The white long-sleeved dress featured a lace overlay, a 2.7m train and 58 covered buttons at the back of the dress.
It was handmade and used French Chantilly lace and English Cluny lace throughout the bodice, skirt and underskirt.
Kate wore a diamond Cartier 'halo' tiara lent to her by the Queen .
Kate was driven to Westminster Abbey in a Rolls Royce. (AAP)
